Perhaps hyenas are not your ideal of beauty. However you easily see the kindness in her scarred face. You can't help but stare a bit at her missing eye and the large gashes that healed to leave streaks down the side of her face. She reassures you with, "I'm used to it. I don't take it personally anymore." You reassure her with a good pat. "I just feel bad about it happening to you. Does it still hurt?"  She says, "It's sensitive to touch, but no, it doesn't hurt."
